So, I skipped the video for Episode 4, and you know what? I’m not going to apologize about it. But here’s last night’s rather middle-of-the-road episode “This Place is Death”
No real big suprised this week, except one teensy little one near the end which I’m not even totally sure of yet.
And sorry for the bouncing in the video, I need to stick with my tripod for these things.

Bradley Robb likes TV and books, and has an intense dislike for cinnamon. Once, Bradley stopped a Soviet T-60 with his middle finger. Bradley writes speculative fiction and edits Fiction Matters, and never really got the hang of talking about himself in the third person.

Good vid recap of the episode, especially since I was only half paying attention last night. I think you mistakenly named Juliet instead of Charlotte as remembering that she grew up on the island and Ben instead of Locke as trying to get off the island. No biggie.
I can't figure out the whole Jacob/Jack's dad connection either but I don't think it's the same actor, is it? They cut to Jack right after Jacob mentions his son, but that might be an intentional misdirection.
They better resolve this “let's get everybody back to the island” BS soon because it's getting old and a little unrealistic that any of them would still be listening to Ben (except Sun, who wants to get Jin).
So many moving parts right now that it's becoming overwhelming. They need to end some of the arcs soon, which it appears they might do.
Last thought: Bring back the gratuitous bikini/swimming/bathing shots from seasons 1-3.

Hey, the Jacob/Jack's Dad is most certainly the same actor. I know because my husband is more than a little bit obsessed with the connection between the two.
I've heard a bit of speculation that Charlotte is Ben's daughter with Annie. That and that Penelope and Desmond's baby Charlie is the real Charlie… and that the guy (who's name I don't remember, he came to the island with Faraday and Charlotte) is most definitely the son of the man who founded the Dharma Initiave. If so, each of these people are the children of rather important and surviving characters from the Dharma Initiative.
Also, I'm so glad that Gin is back.
“Penelope and Desmond's baby Charlie is the real Charlie” I postulated that a while ago. Miles (the conversations with the dead guy) could very well be the child of Dr. Pierre Chang. It would make a lot of sense.
Charlotte being Ben's actual daughter seems unlikely, but plausible. This is Lost, after all.
I also thought the same about Desmond's baby, I see myself intrigued by each passing episode where as others (Wife, friends…) have just given up all hope, nice quick recap.
ps; I haven't seen you in a while but I'm diggin' the whole Billy Maze look, it seems like you even packed a couple, listen you have a girlfriend you shouldn't let yourself go just yet.
