My notes
I didn't like this one the first time I watched it, but it redeemed itself on rewatch perhaps enhanced by the stories of just how insane the shooting was and perhaps by my growing appreciating for Michael Mann's works.
It's a solid crime drama and a typical Mann tale of hyper-competent people doing the thing that makes them hyper-competent to their own determent.
