Synopsis: A cop who loses his partner in a shoot-out with gun smugglers goes on a mission to catch them. In order to get closer to the leaders of the ring he joins forces with an undercover cop who's working as a gangster hitman. They use all means of excessive force to find them.

Watched as a palette cleanser to Greenland and it was a good choice.

Chow Yun-Fat is criminally underrated in his acting abilities and can deliver a fantastic emotional range with just his expression and posture.

The action was appropriately absurd. The plot streamlined and simplistic. Well shot, over-the-top, action film.
