My notes

Opening weekend, decently occupied theater.

I think everyone's made the 'fourth time's the charm' joke - but this was the first time I ever cared about the Fantastic Four as characters and bought them as a family.

The plot of predictable, as was the dialogue. There was some great logical leaps, but it's a superhero film.

Still, it is the second film in a row not to do that postmodern "deflation of any emotional moment with gag to let the audience off the hook because heaven forbid a film gives us an emotion" thing that's become known as 'marvel banter.'
