November Product Challenge

Using currently available AI tools, can a solo product manager build a product in a month?

Product Managers acquire a lot of little talents across a variety of fields - business, design, experience, tech, etc.

Today’s AI tools are supposed to have the greatest impact on the lower performing team members [1].

So, blending those two concepts together - can a product manager combine AI tools with domain knowledge to effectively become a product team? And, borrowing inspiration from NaNoWriMo, can it be done quickly?

I don’t know the answer, but I’m going to find out in what I’m been calling my November Product Challenge (#NoPro #NovPro?) .

The rules I’m setting for my personal challenge are:

  • Work starts at 12:00: a.m. on November 1 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. on November 30, local time
  • Product doesn’t have to be good, but it has to ship to production
  • Work is done outside of daily employment
In the end, I’m interested in seeing how much AI can personally empower me in terms of closing the Creativity/Technical Gap and saving time, so expect some posts about that.

This should be fun.
