Thanksgiving

I've been busy trying to wrap up my Product Month challenge, but Thanksgiving was had. This year I finally sprung for the heritage bird, and while delicious, I don't know if improvement to flavor warranted the improvement to price.

Next year I think I want a wild turkey.

The one big change this year? I nailed the gravy. Easily the best gravy I've ever made, and in the running for best gravy I've ever had.
